Easy baked oatmeal

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a large bowl, Mix dry ingredients and mix until combined (Oats, Brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, salt, pepper)
  3. In a separate bowl, Mix wet ingredients and mix until egg yolks are fully combined (Milk, Eggs, apple, vanilla, maple syrup)
  4. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and cover with foil, bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and remove the foil, return to oven and switch the oven to broil for 2 minutes on high or until crust reaches desired crisp.
  7. Remove from oven cover with foil and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve in bowl with a splash of milk.
