Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients

12 servings but nice round numbers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
  2. In a separate bowl beat together buttermilk, milk, eggs, and melted butter
  3. Heat pan on medium heat until water beads up before mixing wet/dry
  4. Mix batter and immediately start cooking, appx 1/2 cup per pancake
