Pie Crust


Overview

A simple flaky pie crust, makes enough for 2 open face pies or 1 closed pie.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine Flour, Sugar, salt and mix
  2. Cube butter and mix into the dry mixture using a pastry cutter
  3. In small amounts add Ice water while mixing until the dough barely holds together
  4. Place dough ball on a plastic wrap sheet and wrap, refrigerate for 2 hours before use
