  1. Fry Bacon and Leek greens until bacon is crispy, Remove greens and bacon from pot and set aside.
  2. Sautee Leek bulbs onions, roasted garlic in bacon grease (salt lightly) until onions are translucent.
  3. Add Potatoes, broth, spice to taste minimum salt and pepper. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. Add butter and blend until smooth.
  5. Bring to a low heat and stir in Heavy Cream, final seasoning adjustment.
  6. Serve hot top with bacon and greens mixture.
