Roast pumpkin for making puree
Ingredients
- Sugar Pumpkin
- Oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350F and Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut Pumpkin in half lengthwise, cut off top and bottom. scoop out seeds and set aside.
- Brush the pumpkin flesh with oil sprinkle with salt and place facedown on the baking sheet, pierce skin for ventilation.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until skin is easily pierce with a fork.
- Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes, scoop out the flesh and blend for puree.
