Roast pumpkin for making puree

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350F and Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut Pumpkin in half lengthwise, cut off top and bottom. scoop out seeds and set aside.
  3. Brush the pumpkin flesh with oil sprinkle with salt and place facedown on the baking sheet, pierce skin for ventilation.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until skin is easily pierce with a fork.
  5. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes, scoop out the flesh and blend for puree.
