Sour Cream Pound Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F(190C). Grease and flour a 8x4 inch loaf pan.
  2. Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add sour cream and eggs and mix well.
  4. Add four, baking soda and any add-ins(Blueberries, chocolate chips, peaches, ect) and mix until just incorporated.
  5. Pour into the loaf pan.
  6. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean about 1 hour depending on how wet the add-ins are(wetter = longer cook time). For best results check at 50 minutes and continue in 5 minute intervals until toothpick is clean.
