Sour Cream Pound Cake

A moist on the inside crisp on the outside pound cake delicious on its own or as a base to add fruit or chocolate chips to.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups AP flour
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 tbsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375F(190C). Grease and flour a 8x4 inch loaf pan.
- Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add sour cream and eggs and mix well.
- Add four, baking soda and any add-ins(Blueberries, chocolate chips, peaches, ect) and mix until just incorporated.
- Pour into the loaf pan.
- Bake until a toothpick comes out clean about 1 hour depending on how wet the add-ins are(wetter = longer cook time). For best results check at 50 minutes and continue in 5 minute intervals until toothpick is clean.
